Recently I was chosen as one of BRIT + CO.'s August hostesses which meant I got to throw a craft party! Last weekend I put together an effortless party made even easier with the Brit Kits that BRIT + CO. and VELCRO Brand generously donated.
The Decorations:
A framed crafty printable to get the guests in a crafty mood
Tissue paper pom poms that my sister made
Mason jars filled with paint brushes
A vase of fresh flowers
Brown Kraft paper spread out on the crafting area
Tiny paper flags (It's all in the details!)
The Food and Drink:
Sweet Tea (A Southern staple at parties)
Yogurt cups served on art palettes
Trays of fruit, granola, and chocolate so guests could make their own yogurt parfaits
M&M's for the crafty kids that came to put into their own parfait (Click here to see the craft the kids did.)
The Craft:
