White Veggie Pizza

The other day I was having a craving for pizza and started experimenting with a new recipe.  Here's what I came up with...
It was delicious--even better than I thought it was going to be!

Directions:
Prepare your pizza dough.
Spread on a layer of Alfredo Sauce (either homemade or from a jar).
Peel and slice cucumbers and carrots to place over the sauce.
Add a little salt and pepper.
Generously sprinkle parmasean and mozzarella cheeses on top.
Set the oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!

I know carrots and cucumbers are not the traditional toppings for pizza, but it really was wonderful!
