Lydia Red Riding Hood Had a Fun Halloween

Once upon a time there was a sweet little girl named Lydia Grace.  Her mommy had made her a special red tutu and red cape that she loved so much that she was given the nickname "Lydia Red Riding Hood".  One weekend Lydia Red put on her tutu skirt and red cape, grabbed her basket, and went skipping off to Boo at the Zoo on Saturday and Mall Trick-or-Treating on Sunday.  Of course, she was accompanied by her mommy, daddy, and wolf stuffed animal.  When she was done traipsing around, she snuggled up at home where freshly carved pumpkins glowed outside and the smell of baked pumpkin seeds (salted, honey glazed, and cinnamon sugar) wafted through the air.  There was lots of candy, food, movie watching, and fun for the entire family.  They hoped to always have this much fun and to always live happily ever after.

 Pumpkin Seeds:
1. Coat your seeds in any desired topping.
2. Prepare a baking sheet by lighting coating it in vegetable oil and evenly spreading the seeds out onto the prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake on 350* for 12 minutes, turning the seeds over once.
4. Let the seed cool.
5. Enjoy munching!

Happy Fall!
