One of the Many Rules of Southern Etiquette

There are unspoken rules of etiquette that every southern lady should
follow--or any lady for that matter. One of these rules of social
grace is that a lady should never stick her tongue out in public.

However, there is one exception to this rule: if you are a baby, and you look adorable with your tongue out of your mouth instead of stuck politely where it belongs.
