The Bloggers Behind the Series
Alyssa is a happy Christian wife and the mother of two energetic boys (and two birds, a turtle, and a handful of fish.) She enjoys cooking, DIY projects, painting, drawing, and spending time with her family. Alyssa is a "momtrepreneur" who writes at artscrackers.com and sells children's books and essential oils while staying at home with her children. She is also working on a few books that should be available soon on Amazon! Quirky and creative, she would like to live on a farm with a big country chic farmhouse, a cow, a goat, and some chickens. Keep up to date with her latest projects, recipes, and family matters on her blog!
Menucha is a crafty mom to a non-crafty and super active toddler. She is a coffee addict, a chocoholic, and can't keep away from cheese. Aside from that, she loves making jewelry, drawing, and sharing that with the world. She believes in spreading a positive message and encouraging fellow moms with difficult toddlers. She is a small town girl living in big New York, with her husband, toddler, and plenty of chaos.
Kristy and her husband Corey are DIY enthusiasts and wanderlusts for repurposed vintage. In between home projects they are thrifty treasure hunters exploring flea markets, thrift shops, estate sales and auctions - always in pursuit of furniture they can flip, vintage they can repurpose, or salvage they can upcycle. Robb Restyle’s aesthetic is an eclectic mix of styles like rustic and vintage, farmhouse and retro, cottage and industrial. They break all the rules. Follow along as they share their vintage finds and restyle their perfectly imperfect century-old house.
Smart Girls DIY
Liz is the fun and sarcastic redhead behind the blog Smart Girls DIY. She loves to tear her house apart and often has dozens of projects all going on at once. When she isn't working on a project, she's busy being a wife and mom. It might be a hot mess, but at least it's never dull. You can follow along with all of Liz's current DIY projects on her blog or on social media.

Katie is the voice behind lifestyle blog, Twin Stripe. Her blog is dedicated to helping readers create a bright and modern lifestyle that doesn’t cost a ton. Twin Stripe features easy DIY projects, tasty recipes, entertaining ideas, style tips, home decorating inspiration and more. You can also find Katie at Katie Williamsen Web & Social Media Consulting, LLC (http://kwilliamsen.com) helping lady bosses stop feeling overwhelmed so they can make effective changes for their business. She lives in Greensboro, N.C. with her fabulous husband, Chad, and adorable pup, Hobbes. She spends her spare time decorating their 1950s bungalow and throwing festive parties. Katie believes you can never have too much glassware or glitter!
Jennifer Dawn is a wife, mother of three, and former teacher who left the classroom behind to homeschool her three young children. She's an avid DIY-er who loves to dapple in all things creative. Through blogging she's found a way to share her love of beautiful, creative things and spread a little happiness. You'll find her sharing crafts, recipes, DIY projects, activities for kids, and more here at The Life of Jennifer Dawn.
Tanya is a homeschooling mom to two children, a son and a daughter. She focuses on following their particular learning interests at their level and in building a strong Christian foundation in their hearts. To cater to their high giftedness, she uses an eclectic teaching approach, which complement each other and maximize the fun in learning. Tanya has a degree in elementary education, a minor in French and a Master's degree in school administration. She is happily married to her best friend and enjoys sharing her life and experiences in her blog to provide inspiration and bring new ideas.
Erin is a professional photographer who has a penchant for baking and cooking. She discovered her love of all things in the kitchen during her collegiate years when she missed being able to cook her own meals, and as soon as she moved off campus, she began playing with her food... and has been doing so ever since. On her blog, The Speckled Palate, she shares tried and true favorite recipes from her kitchen, as well as new faves, as she creates new dishes and tinkers her way through some well-loved cookbooks.
Woohoo! SO excited that we launched this series today, and I'm thrilled to go learn how everybody got their start. Thanks for hosting this!
